Property Management
The condominium suites are sold with a condominium title. This allows a foreigner to own a property on a freehold basis.
The condominium Juristic Person (the CJP) will appoint Bel Air Panwa Co., Ltd. as manager of the condominiums and provide services as listed below.
Condominium service charges are THB 50, - per m2 for all units:
Service charges are calculated on the official registered square meters of each condominium and are paid initially 1 year in advance on transfer of title and thereafter annually on the first January every year. They shall be accounted for by the management company with an annual report.
The charges cover the following services:
• Estate security
• Upkeep of common facilities
• Pest control of common areas
• Common area landscape maintenance
• Cleaning and maintenance of common swimming pools
