Introduction
The developers have taken the approach of creating a defined and recognizable community at Casuarina Shores. Only one access road will feed the community of four apartment blocks

Ownership

The purchaser will lease the land upon which their apartment stands for a period of thirty years. This lease will be renewed upon vote of the company shareholders. Upon renewal, all official taxes, fees and costs will be borne by the apartment owner. |
