Fees
Ongoing legal fees are the responsibility of the property buyer. Buyers will also be obliged to pay their own water supply meter fees, electrical meter fees and telephone bills.
Transfer fees are a shared expense (50 %) for the owner and for the developer.
The final house price will include 2 years of management fees which comprise 24 hour - 7 days a week security, maintenance of common areas to include pool, club house, and landscaping and common area electricity. The management fees will be calculated at the rate of Bt. 6 per m2 of the inside space of the property you choose to buy.
