Payment Terms

Villa Parcels

1. A deposit of Bt. 20,000 is payable on the execution of a Reservation form. If for any reason you do not proceed with the purchase this deposit is fully refundable.

2. On receipt of your signed Reservation form, the Developer will forward the Master and Lease Agreement. You are required to review and execute the Agreement within 21 day. During this time a further 25% of the Leasehold Purchase Price less the Bt.20,000 deposit will be due for payment. On execution of the Agreement and the Developers receipt of 25% deposit, the funds will be held in Escrow until such time as all Conditions Precedent are met. Should the Conditions Precedent not be met the 25% deposit will be refunded in full.

3. A further deposit of 25% of the Leasehold purchase price is due and payable within 21 days of receipt of a notice from the Landlord that the Conditions Precedent has been fulfilled.

4. The final payment of 50% of the Leasehold purchase price is due and payable just prior to the registration of your lease.

Choice of Villa
You are free to choose your own villa design and have an independent contractor build the villa for you. If however you do not wish to do so you can select the developers design scheme and use thier construction company. The 3 bedroom villa (the "Garawake")is price at Bt. 15.5 million and offers a total area of 415 m2 - 247 m2 internal and 168 m2 external.
