Each non-Thai buyer will purchase a 30-year land lease of their chosen plot with two extensions of 30 years and will own directly, their own home.

Ownership Title
The development company offers property buyers a 30-year lease with two extensions of 30 years each for a total of 90 years. Each home buyer will own their own home structure.

Should Thai land ownership legislation change during the course of the 90 year lease, then the developer will offer owners the option to purchase the freehold of their property at a nominal price plus transfer fees and applicable taxes.
