Securely situated in the gated Two Villas Oxygen community in Bang Tao, this two-storey townhouse is set in 288.48 square meters of tropical landscaping. The front yard is emphasized by foxtail palms, an evergreen frangipani, tiny bird of paradise trees and lush lawns. The other side of the yard lies the 3 x 8 m. swimming pool that runs from the under shade deck to the entrance door at the far end.
Inside the house, there is a large open-plan living and dining area with the third bedroom that open onto the deck and swimming pool through tall clear glass doors.
The home features a 32-inch LCD TV, cable TV channels, a wireless Internet connection and a fully equipped European-style kitchen. In the middle of the livingroom, a stair case leads to the two upstairs master suites which are set apart on either side. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower and its own covered balcony that overlooks the far mountains beyond.
While the villa is self-contained, the estate yet offers additional facilities for guests to use such as a gym, a coffee shop and a reception desk, which are open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day.
