This four-bedroom villa is located in the heart of one of the prime locations on the island, Laguna Phuket. With the well-known Banyan Tree Golf club nearby, it makes this house an ideal place for those who enjoy golfing on their holidays.
The house is entered through a courtyard garden where there is sufficient space for one car. Once entering the front door (there is an open plan living are that leads you to the spacious living and dining area) the bedrooms and the second living area are upstairs.
The living area is set to give a pool view with a counter bar and along the side. Nicely settled, you will find a dining table for 8 is placed in the front end of the house, offering a close view of the Banyan Tree Golf course and the swimming pool on the right. For those who would love to cool down on a hot day, there is a 15 x 5 m. lap pool with an outdoor sala for them to enjoy.
Up to the second floor, is where the bedrooms are. All bedrooms come with an en-suite bathroom. Every room has been designed to have its own view. The master bedroom has a spacious veranda with a table for 6 under the shade, overlooking the golf course. The second guest bedroom has three single beds while the fourth guest bedroom has only one single bed.
A full time maid and cook can be arranged at additional cost. (You are able to appreciate the full expense of the ground floor living area stretching outward towards the garden and pool.)
